Snow plow drivers who want to help free stuck cars, AAA says more people will travel over the upcoming holidays than last year, and Interstate 90 from Sullivan to Barker roads is now open to three lanes in each direction.

I think they should allow the drivers to help stranded motorists, and really hate it that the lawyers have got in to maybe stop a worker helping someone out. Country people have always helped their neighbors so I hope this will never stop.
Yes, isn't it kind of discouraging that in this day and age you have to worry about protecting yourself even when you're trying to help??
