This Traffic Engineer Never Sleeps (Apparently)

After ten years in government and transportation, I have dealt with many engineers, and several have turned into close personal friends. That doesn't keep me from teasing them about being engineers though. And while some have a few of the stereotypical "quirks" you see in Dilbert cartoons, all are everyday people and dedicated to their jobs. Most are very passionate about what they do and go all out for their jobs.

So I wasn't surprised to see this KING 5 video on Seattle traffic engineer Dongho Chang who uses his bike to get around and test transportation facilities long before the rest of us are out of bed. And that's before he goes to the office everyday.
