This is an interesting
story. If you had the money to purchase this tunnel in Plummer, what would you do with it? It stays 50 degrees year-round, it's a half-mile long and it comes with 54 acres of commercially zoned property. The owners are marketing it to wineries and mushroom growers. Can you think of any other uses?
About SRTC
SRTC is the federally designated Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for Spokane County. Urbanized areas with populations exceeding 50,000 people are required to have an MPO.
