Urban Cow Tipping?
Remember cow tipping from back in the day? Well it was car tipping that some hooligans got up to over the weekend in San Francisco.
San Francisco police are looking for the people who turned over four Smart cars in two neighborhoods Monday morning.
Don't worry though- an eyewitness saw several people wearing black hooded sweatshirts, so the police are on the case. With a description like that, shouldn't be hard to find right?
