Someone ought to photoshop this onto the car lane and put, "watch out for cars!" WTF?

There's another one I didn't post that shows a sign on a bridge. One side of the sign shows a bike and has an arrow pointing to a bike lane and the other side has a car and an arrow pointing over the side of the bridge :)
