Car Thefts Linked To Bigger Crimes

Did you know that right around 60 cars are stolen per week in the City of Spokane? Seems like a pretty big number, and police say there's a handful of career criminals behind these thefts. Here's the story from the Spokesman-Review.

SRTC is the federally designated Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for Spokane County. Urbanized areas with populations exceeding 50,000 people are required to have an MPO. SRTC was formed to address the county's transportation planning needs.
