See www.biketoworkspokane.org for tips to get rolling on your bike. You can wave as you bike past the pumps :D.
In all seriousness, soaring gas prices in 2008 probably contributed to the great response to our first Bike to Work Week effort. This year we are expanding to promote all of May as Spokane Bike Month, highlighting all kinds of biking--transportation, utility, recreational, training, just plain fun. There are more reasons than ever to ride your bike.
Just get the brakes checked and the chain oiled if you haven't ridden in a while....
Thanks Barb. I'll post a link to the site out front a little later today when I get a little time.
