Incompetent Bike Thief Caught On Video
Wow, while this video is kind of funny, it also made me angry. It's funny because the bike thief, caught on camera in New York City, is foiled due to his own incompetence. But even so, I hate to watch someone's bike get trashed.

SRTC is the federally designated Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for Spokane County. Urbanized areas with populations exceeding 50,000 people are required to have an MPO. SRTC was formed to address the county's transportation planning needs.
