Ten Most "Miserable" States For Driving

What are the ten most "miserable" states to drive in? According to data compiled by CarInsurance.com, Mississippi tops the list and Arkansas rounds out the top ten, based on costs for gas, car insurance, and miles driven. People in the most miserable states rack up a lot of miles and pay much higher-than-average insurance rates.
