Got A Parking Ticket? Check Your Email

Have you ever gotten a parking ticket and someone pulled it off your window or the wind blew it away, etc.? Well it's happened to me. And I didn't know I'd even gotten one until I received a letter in the mail saying it was going to collections. In New York, the City Council is considering something that would prevent that from happening; alerting people who get tickets via email, in addition to a ticket on the windshield.
