The Math Says It's Not Worth The Drive
Yesterday I said it may be worth the trip to Kootenai County to fill your gas tank, with the 40 cent difference in gas prices between the state. Well, I've been proven wrong, which happens once in a while.
An article in the Spokesman today says you'll spend almost as much to get there and back as you would have saved.
And they've done the math to prove it.

SRTC is the federally designated Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for Spokane County. Urbanized areas with populations exceeding 50,000 people are required to have an MPO. SRTC was formed to address the county's transportation planning needs.
