Sprague Resurfacing Project Starts Monday

Sprague Avenue between Vista Road and Park Road will get a facelift over the next couple of weeks as a project to resurface the roadway begins on April 14.

Crews will place a two-inch asphalt overlay. Improvements to stormwater drainage were made last fall as well as updates to sidewalks and curbs to meet Americans with Disabilities Act standards.
Brief driveway closures may occur in the project area. Construction crews will notify those affected. Access to businesses will remain available.

During construction, Sprague between Vista Road and Park Road will be reduced to two lanes westbound.

Expect closures of Park Road just north of Sprague and Park Road just south of Sprague at varying times during the project. At those times, signs will redirect traffic to detours along Vista/Broadway or Thierman/Appleway as appropriate.
