Weigh In On the Central City Line Through An "Online Open House"

Don't have time to attend a public meeting or open house? Spokane Transit knows you're busy and is hosting an "Online Open House" so you can help fine tune the Central City Line plan even if you can't make it to a public meeting. "
The City of Spokane and Spokane Transit have been working with the community on potential policy changes and other actions in the Central City Line corridor that will:

  • Maximize economic opportunity and community benefits
  • Reflect the needs and desires of those living along and near the Central City Line corridor
  • Increase ridership
  • Catalyze transit-supported development
  • Increase the project’s competitiveness for federal grant funding
Policy and strategy ideas that could help achieve these goals have now been developed and your help is needed to determine if they reflect the right set of ideas to move forward with.
The online open house will provide some information about the Central City Line Strategic Overlay Plan and ask a few questions about ideas for the corridor. It takes about 15 minutes to complete. Give it a try here.
