Patching Work To Take Place On Francis
I know, the last thing you want to hear about right now is MORE road construction. But more road construction there will be. The City plans to do a much-need rehabilitation project on Francis next year, but now says the street is so bad something has to be done before then. The Spokesman-Review has the story.

SRTC is the federally designated Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for Spokane County. Urbanized areas with populations exceeding 50,000 people are required to have an MPO. SRTC was formed to address the county's transportation planning needs. Hooray anything to make Francis passable will be appreciated, some of the potholes are bigger than my Escort, and hard to drive around.
I have heard that SO many times recently Charles. My brother says the same thing about Francis and he drives a garbage truck!
