Ladies Only Ridesharing App

Ladies travelling alone- do cabs, Uber and Lyft make you feel vaguely uncomfortable when taking them late at night? A new ridesharing app could remedy that, according to MassLive.

A former Boston-area Uber driver is launching a similar service, but exclusively for women. "Chariot for Women" is expected to launch nationwide on April 19. Michael Pelletz came up with the idea because a handful of women have been sexually assaulted after using rideshare services.
