Cell Phone Rule Raises Worry Of Another Danger

The state law banning drivers from using hand-held cell phones goes into effect in June. That has Washington State Patrol troopers worried that people may break a different law in order to obey the new one. Here's the story from the HeraldNet website.

SRTC is the federally designated Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for Spokane County. Urbanized areas with populations exceeding 50,000 people are required to have an MPO. SRTC was formed to address the county's transportation planning needs.
