The Center for Justice says the Washington State Department of Transportation violated the Clean Water Act during construction of the North Spokane freeway.
The group filed a complaint today that argues that the state has ignored its permit to build the corridor by allowing untreated storm water to flow into Deadman Creek.

Unfortunately that isn't the only vicious violation the construction of the North Spokane Corridor is committing. They are violating the public will, the air, financial logic, and the state's own growth regulations. Abandon the project now please!!
That's 'alleged' vicious violation, thanks. And with the TIGER money that was recently awarded to the NSC, there's no chance it will be abandoned at this point.
