You Can't Say They Didn't Warn You
I bought the tire below this weekend to replace the flat, shredded one on my wheelbarrow. Look what the new one says on it. Hmmm... good to know. Guess I won't try my luck on it on the highway after all.

SRTC is the federally designated Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for Spokane County. Urbanized areas with populations exceeding 50,000 people are required to have an MPO. SRTC was formed to address the county's transportation planning needs. I use those on the highway ALL the TIME!!!
It's when I'm doing my 'adopt a highway' work. I use it to wheel around plants to plant and to pick up trash.
I just checked and mine says that, too. Now what am I going to use?
Pretty sure it's okay for that kind of thing. If you were riding the bike in your picture though- not okay for the highway.
