Oil Prices Jump, Gas Prices Stay Static

Oil prices are up again, but don't panic about gas prices. At least not yet anyway.

The price of crude has jumped 22% since October but gas prices have increased less than 1% over the same period. Why? This Spokesman-Review article has the answer.

Well the bus still uses diesel. :) I do hope gas does not jump a lot before next summer, but the improving economy will use more gas so maybe it will be because our economy is booming again.

We can only hope. Another thing that would be great to see by next summer is a Federal transportation bill! I've obviously got a long wish list :)
