Register to Be a Friend of the Centennial Trail Member & You Could Win A New Bike

This is really cool- Friends of the Centennial Trail are celebrating the grand opening of the incredible new Veteran's Park and Kendall Yards Centennial Trail with a Membership Drive!  From September 27-October 15, all new and renewing Friends of the Centennial Trail members will be eligible to win an adult or child-size Novara bicycle, donated by REI! 

Besides being elgibile to win a bike and supporting a really cool piece of local infrastructure, becoming a Friends of the Centennial Trail member assures your voice in advocating for Trail improvement and development projects.  Plus there are some other perks.

SRTC is the federally designated Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for Spokane County. Urbanized areas with populations exceeding 50,000 people are required to have an MPO. SRTC was formed to address the county's transportation planning needs. It provides coordination in planning between the public, cities, small towns, the county, the state, transit providers, and tribes.

SRTC offers services including transportation monitoring, transportation modeling, census information analysis, travel demand forecasting, historical traffic count analysis, geographic information systems, and trip generation rates.
