The folks over the mountains in King County have found a new platform to let citizens participate in decision-making and brainstorming at the local level. They offer a website that's a lot like a blog where people can share their thoughts and ideas in response to the question "What is your BIG idea for King County's future?" Others can view the idea, comment on it and rate them. Well, one gentleman had an idea for getting people around in a more green mode by using personalized monorails that look like amusement rides.
