Woman Hits Truck and Bicyclist- Claims She Couldn't Remember How To Use Brake

This is one of those stories that's just wacky enough to be true. An Oregon woman received a ticket for the obscure "failure to stop when emerging from an alleyway"- because she says she forgot how to use the brake.

The woman hit a truck and a bicyclist and apparently her head if that's the best excuse she could come up with. I guess it's better than "I'm drunk" though.
The Argus Observer has this weird story.
